Have you planned your week?

Lots of exercise gurus talk about writing down your workouts in your diary .. an appointment with yourself.
I know that I'm not the only one who has to plan their workout around various "obstacles" so I do like this idea .. planning your week so that you know what's going on when.

You want the end result don't you?  Plan it, do something about it now!

Hi there. I like the new banner (and the photos!). I must confess I don't do a lot of planning at the moment as I tend to do the same exercise most weeks (certain classes at my gym each day).

I should better plan my menus but haven't been doing that of late, but could do better!

Thanks Deb, not sure if I'm happy with the new banner. We all have our moments of great planning and not so great times .. you'll get back into it! PS .. Have you got to sh'bam yet?
