That is so true! It is much easier to live and eat healthy when you keep healthy food in the house :)
It's a fine balance for me. I try NOT to buy the foods I'm likely to binge on but then it feels like they're forbidden and I obsess about them. Sigh....
I couldn't agree more. Sadly, a lot of people buy junk foods and unhealthy stuff thinking that they can burn it eventually when they work out. But I really have to agree that having less junk in the house gets rid of the constant temptation of bingeing...because there's nothing to binge on.
