Hi VickiI definitely agree! I schedule time in my diary for exercise. Anything else I need to do happens outside of my exercise times. On a couple of days, I exercise in the early morning so that I have more time in the day to do other household chores, help out at school etc. Consistency is the key.
100% true. funny how a lot of people dont get it though.x
