I have questions about 'efficient' exercise. I follow a US blogger who often talks about the minimal amount of time she spends exercising.
Also... I'm at a bit of a standstill re my fitness. Am doing exercise I enjoy (dance classes x 2, Pump classes x 2 and pilates) but worry that I'm not really getting any fitter!
