Hello Vicki, thank you for the motivation boost! As mentioned on your previous post, I've started a "diet" (although I don't like the word) 10 days ago but was disappointed when I stepped on the scale on Saturday – no weight loss yet. But it's ok, I'll just work harder!

@Mademoiselle Slimalicious I like to say you are following a "healthy eating plan" rather than diet! Stick to your plan it will work!
