You're right. Lack of time is no excuse. One of the quotes I liked from the Michelle Bridges program was to just decide to START doing something.In my first round my only exercise was riding an exercise bike which lived in my loungeroom. I often seriously didn't want to get on that thing, so I'd tell myself: 10 minutes. "I'll just do 10 minutes!" Of course once on I'd think... "Oh, I'll just do another 10!"
