Couldn't hurt to mix it up sometimes though and get some cereals xVickihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17314702215148652916noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6948326856457092406.post-25039256789693475962012-07-19T10:46:14.354+10:002012-07-19T10:46:14.354+10:00I must confess I have the SAME thing each weekday ...I must confess I have the SAME thing each weekday morning - and have done so for years.... (occasionally having yoghurt and cereal).

I have a bacon & egg toasted sandwich, though it's a bit healthier than it sounds....

I chuck the GF bread in the toaster, while a small no-rind middle rasher of bacon gets zapped in the microwave. I then break the egg on top and put it back in the microwave until just runny. I then use the yolk to moisten the bread (I don't really like butter) and finish cooking and then squish it together. I cut it into 4 little squares and eat while reading blogs / online news before work (or in the car - of late - when I've been driving!).

I suspect I should mix it up a bit!

On weekends I usually don't eat straight away but stuff about for an hour or so and then eat scrambled eggs or something a bit more filling and often make it brunch!

DebDebhttp://dietschmiet.menoreply@blogger.com
