I totally agree that a home-baked treat...Well done! I totally agree that a home-baked treat with real sugar is much preferable to eating poor substitutes containing loads of artificial sweetener. They taste better, contain real food ingredients and as long as you make them an occasional choice, aren't going to do any harm.<br /><br />I use fruit to sweeten my baked goodies - apple puree, dates and banana are my go-to ingredients.
